This problem apears due to water damage

So first change charging jack/socket/pin

clean and sold soldering print of charging properly

Clean all water damage area softly

Be careful when cleaning ( keep mic safe from cleaning liquid)

Then check if still temperature problem then remove or change thermal resistance
