mi 5A automatically shutdown hardware solution

Mi 5A automatically turn off after  logo and doesn't restart. (On off / power key, cc flex, battery all ok). Full flashing with latest firmware but no luck. There is same problem after flash. I finally discovered this hardware solution for this fault. And its 100% working
